Project Overview
Fully refurbished landmark office building in an unrivalled position in the heart of Swindon Town Centre.
Tri Centre underwent a significant renovation aimed at fostering healthier and more sustainable work environments. Demonstrating a strong sustainability focus, the project underwent two Green Building accreditations. One being a BREEAM assessment targeting an ‘Excellent‘ rating, along with a Fitwel assessment targeting ‘2 stars‘.
Credentials
This encompassed meticulous monitoring of construction site impacts and the construction of an operationally efficient building. Efforts were made to reduce the lifecycle impact of the office space through material efficiency, expert commissioning, and the implementation of robust metering services.
Additionally, there is a firm commitment to creating a healthy workspace for all future tenants. The Fitwel assessment ensured exceptional indoor air quality, thermal comfort, and ample daylighting. Furthermore, the building’s advantageous location includes close proximity to a bus station, numerous local amenities, and opportunities for healthy lifestyle habits such as visiting farmers markets and utilising nearby leisure facilities.
