Project Pre assessment Report

Once your project discovery session notes and initial evidence (scope/ drawings) have been reviewed, your pre assessment will be issued.

Your pre assessment report will include:

• Introduction to BREEAM
• Project details/ notes
• Credits in scope with predicted rating
• Mandatory credits
• Stakeholder guide outlining responsibilities and evidence guidance

This document will act as a valuable resource for your project team and set the tone for your assessment.

Bespoke live project tracker

If the project proceeds to design stage assessment:

Client issued with a bespoke live project tracker, clearing identifying the target rating, credits included within the pre-assessment and specific required actions to achieve each credit.

This includes clear instructions of what is required to satisfy the assessment at each of the design and post construction stages – ensuring stakeholders are aware of project progress in real time and their responsibilities.
